Here’s a step-by-step guide to transform your shower into a skincare ritual:
Prep your skin with dry brushing

Before stepping into the shower, use a dry brush with soft bristles to exfoliate your skin. This boosts circulation, removes dead skin cells, and preps your body to absorb moisture better. Start from your feet and work your way up in circular motions.
2. Set the right water temperature

Hot showers may feel amazing, but they can strip your skin of natural oils, leading to dryness. Opt for lukewarm water to cleanse effectively without over-drying. If you love steamy showers, keep them short (5-10 minutes) to avoid moisture loss.
3. Use a hydrated body wash
